What are we looking For:

Someone who needs help removing items from their space at limited cost to you. There needs to be items that are sellable not just a trash pile. We offset our costs by selling the items we remove from your space.

What we are not looking for:

We stray away from items that have had lots of animals around them, cats are particularly bad. No smoking households, this is a general rule but if there are items that do not take on the smokey smell there is still a chance we can help you. We do not generally remove hazardous materials, but liquids, large equipment, pianos, organs, building materials, unsellable items are on a case by case basis.

NEED IT GONE ASAP THIS WEEK?

We get calls all the time that people need items removed now because they have to be out by the end of the week. If the majority of what you have is good quality items, that we are interested in, we can help in some instances depending on our schedule. But in general we will need advanced notice.
